As a 4th semester students in English literature, we have table manner course. This year we practiced directly at the Santika Bekasi Hotel with a dining menu. There are Caesar Salad as Appetizer, Prawn Bisque as Soup, Roasted Beef in Black Pepper Sauce served with Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes as Main Course, and the last Chocolate Cake as a Dessert.
This practice refers to the reflexion of the English Programme curriculum which holds this activity every even semester in various Hotels and Menus.
